Our IICRC certified staff will pre-inspect your carpets to determine and explain the most appropriate cleaning method and procedures based on your carpet fiber type, condition of carpet, degree of soiling, as well as any limitations of cleaning.
Unique soiling or special spotting needs will be addressed too. We will provide you with a written estimate before the job begins. Our staff will be happy to answer questions concerning carpet care including fabric protectors, pet odor remediation, static removal as well as the pros and cons of the various carpet fibers available including cleanability, wear, spotting and fiber protectors.
